CEFTAZIDIME等四种头孢菌素的钯配合物及其在分析测定中的应用

【摘要】 Ceftazidime、头孢三嗪、头孢唑肟和头孢哌酮,能与Pd++生成稳定的配合物。头孢菌素Pd++配合物皆有色,在400nm可进行可见分光光度测定。此法简单、快速、重复性高,摩尔吸光系数为6500~8500 l·mol-1·cm-1·也可用偏苯三酚酞——CTAB为试剂的胶束增溶分光光度法,测定头孢菌素与过量Pd++的反应液中未结合的游离Pd++,间接测定微量的头孢菌素。此间接法灵敏,有效摩尔“褪色”系数大于1×105 l·mol-1·cm-1

【Abstract】 Ceitazidime,Ceftriaxone,Ceftizoxime and Cefoperazone form stable coordination compounds with Pd++. The ratios of Ceftazidime vs. Pd++ in the coordination compounds,for example, were found to be 1:3 and 1:1.25 by the methods of equilibrium-shift and slope-ratio. The colours of coordination compounds of cephalosporirns-Pd++ were mainly brownish yellow, those of ceftazidine-P++ and ceftizoxime-Pd++ were greenish yellow. These cephalosporins can be determined spectrophotometrically at 400nm,the molar absorptivities were in the range of 6500 to 8500 1 · mol-1 · c m-1. The sensitivities can be greatly improved by determing the residual free Pd++-in reaction between cephalosporins and Pd++ with ohydroxyquinolphtalein CTAB, the effective molar"desorptivities"were more than 1×105 1· mol-1·cm-1.
