紫外线和亚硫酸氢钠对龟裂链霉菌原生质体的诱变作用

【摘要】 用紫外线和亚硫酸氢钠分别处理龟裂链霉菌的原生质体或孢子,结果表明:在相同的条件下,原生质体比孢子对诱变剂敏感;用亚硫酸氢钠处理,原生质体的正变幅度大于孢子。无论用紫外线还是用亚硫酸氢钠处理原生质体,产孢子能力都大大下降。

【Abstract】 The protoplasts and spores of Streptomyces rimosus were treated se-paratly with ultraviolet light and sodium bisulfite. From the results, it can be seen that, under the same conditions, the protoplast was more sensitive to mutagenic agents than the spore.Treated with sodiun bisulfite,the positive mutation amplitude of the protoplasts was highter than that of the spores. In addition,when the protoplasts were treated with either ultraviolet light or sodium bisulfite, the ability of the formation of spores was greatly reduced.
