真菌G-18代谢产物的研究——Ⅰ.真菌G-18的分类以及有效成份Ⅳ的发酵和免疫抑制作用的研究

【摘要】 G-18为一株多孢木霉类真菌,产生四个有免疫抑制作用的组份。组份Ⅳ(G-18-Ⅳ)被证明是异腈素酸E甲酯。在体外,高度抑制促有丝分裂原和特异性抗原诱导的淋巴细胞转化。其抑制作用强度与药物浓度和加入的时间有关。体内给药后,Con A和sSRBC诱导的淋巴细胞转化也受到轻度至中度抑制。溶血抗体产生呈中度抑制。
【Abstract】 Fungus No. G-18 was identified as a strain of Trichoderma polys-porum(Lenk experS)Rifai. It produced 4 Compounds which showed some immunosup-pressive effects. G-18-Ⅳ, one of them, was identified as methylester of isonitrinic acid E.G-18-Ⅳ showed very strong inhibitory effect on mouse splenocyte proliferative responses induced by mitogens and anti-SRBC antibody production.
