【Abstract】 The article explains with plenty of facts the positive role in teaching, basic research, scientific achievements and training of researchers at the university played by NSFC since its founding. This demonstrates NSFC’s superiority and viatlity. The article also mentions the existing problems arising from the implementation of the NSFC system and hopes that the leadership concerned may continuously sum up experience and further improve the system.更多还原
