【摘要】 本文总结了天津医学院接受国家自然科学基金资助六年来的工作情况,并就地方院校基金项目管理工作中,如何发挥学科优势,重点扶植骨干力量;建立信息发布制度;认真组织课题调研、评审;建立健全基金项目管理程序,做好后期管理等六个问题进行了初步讨论。此外,还就改进科研管理工作提出一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article summarizes the work of managing NSFC Jupported Projects at Tianjin Medical College in the last six years. It discusses the following related questions in the management of such projects to utilize the advantages of the subject and foster the backbone force; set up the information releasing system and organize the subject research and evalution; establish the procedure on the management of these projects and do a good job in later management.
