高选择性食用油加氢催化剂的研究(英文)
Study of Selective Hydrogenation Catalyst of Edible Oils
【摘要】 研究了用于豆油高选择性加氢的铜铬催化剂。亚麻酸选择性可高达9.8.最佳催化剂由Cu/Cr=1样品,在350℃下焙烧3h制成。由于催化剂用量大和反应温度高,扩散成为速度控制步骤,反应活化能为30.3kJ/mol。
【Abstract】 A high selective hydrogenation catalyst, copper-chromite, has beenstudied for hydrogenation of soybean oil. The selectivity of linolenatereaches 9.8 high. The optimum catalyst can been prepared by calcinatingthe Cu/Cr = 1 sample at 350℃ for 3 hours. As to the high loading of cata-lyst and at the high reaction temperature, diffusion is the rate-determiningfactor and Ea = 30.3 kJ/mol.
