越冬柑桔休眠和光合作用的研究
A Study of Dormancy and Photosynthesis in Wintering Citrus Plants
【摘要】 将一年生盆栽枳砧温州蜜柑分期从室外移入光照暖室内,移入愈迟则移入后开始萌芽所需要的时间愈少,处理内部首株萌发到末株萌发的时距也愈短.处于12℃下的苗保持休眠2~3个月以上,但最终还是萌发了.这表明低温或生长停顿本身使柑桔的冬芽获得了在较低温度下生长的能力.在12℃或20℃下,处于连续黑暗中的植株不能萌芽,而每天14小时的光照有利于芽萌发和保叶.这一光照条件与低温结合还有利于花芽分化.氧电极法测得的资料表明,柑桔的光合器在冬季能保持相当强的同化活性,但持续的低温能暂时地减现这一活性.红外气体分析仪测得的资料使我们认为冬季柑桔叶子的光合能力受到其气孔状况的巨大限制.
【Abstract】 Experiment was carried out in which one-year-old potted salsuma mandarin seedlings on trifoliate orange were transferred from field into warm illuminated rooms at regular intervals. Rfrults showed that the longer the seedlings had stayed outside, the less was the time needed to start bud burst in the room and the shorter was the time span between sprouting of the first seedling and that of the last one within a treatment. Seedlings kept under 12℃, though remained dormant for more than 2-3 months, eventually started growing, thus indicating that low temperature or growth suspension itself might play a role in activating the dormant buds. In continuous darkness, no bud could open under the tempera lure conditions of the experiment. Bud break and leaf retention were favoured by illumination of 14 hours per day, which, in combination with low temperature, was also conducive to floral initiation. Data obtained by the O2 electrode method revealed the capability of the photosynthetic apparatus to maintain substantial assimilatory activity during the winter. The activity, however, was impaired reversibly by a persistent chilling. Our IRGA measurement data suggest that photosynthetic capacity of the citrus leaves in winter was seriously reduced by their stomatal behavior.
