【Abstract】 The height of 1-year old seedlings of Magnolia officinals ssp. biloba could grow into 60 cm from 40 cm if employing the six measures such as rotation in nursery, covering seedlings with plastic film, dipping roots of the seedling with phosphate fertilizer, applying basal manure substantially, close-planting rationally and weeding with chemicals.
