应用催化氧化法处理铜氰废水

【摘要】 本文是以小试为基础的中试报告。用颗粒活性炭作载体,吸附废水中的铜离子,同时用空气鼓泡,催化氧化铜氰络合物,最终达到治理目的。中试装置改进了小试条件,在原有活性炭上面增加占总量1/5的浸渍过S催化剂的活性炭。当Cu2+/CN-摩尔浓度比为0.1~0.7时,对含Cu2+<15mg/L,CN-<25mg/L的铜氰废水进行处理后,排放水中含Cu2+<1mg/L,CN-<0.5mg/L,符合排放标准。反应器为D=400,H=3400,δ=8的聚氯乙烯材质,内装200kgφ3×15颗粒活性炭,日处理铜氰废水约5~8 t。

【Abstract】 This paper is a report of pilot production based on the small tests in laboratory.We use granular aetive carbon (G.A.C) as a carrier to adsorb copper ions and make air bubble in the effiuent, and thus the effiuent is catalytically oxidized.This set of pilot plant is improved very much by increasing 1/5 volume of additional G.A.C, which soaks in catalytic of agent.After treatment, waste water containing copper ions<15mg/1, CN-<25 mg/1 with molar ratio Cu2+/CN- = 0.1 - 0.7 gives water containing Cu2+<1 mg/1, CN-<0.5 mg/1.The reaction column D=400 H=3400 δ= 8 was made of polyvinyl chloride, containing G.A.C, (φ3×15) 200kg.Handling capacity 5-8 ton/day.
