【摘要】 用国产中碳链油,以日量0.25/kg,分三次食用,每7d为一疗程的方法,治疗乳糜尿151例,有效率达98.01％。大多数患者食用2-4周后乳糜尿消失。对重症乳糜尿者可使症状迅速缓解。连用2-6个月未发现不良反应。疗后1986年访查51例,复发16例(31.4％),1988访查104例,复发29例(27.9％)。复发者继续食用仍可得到控制。本组资料表明,中碳链油是目前治疗乳糜尿较好的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports the effect of medium chain triglyceride(MCT) pro-duced in China on the control of chyluria. It was proved that, with the absence of fatty and protein diets and with appropriate rest, 0.25g MCT per Kg of body weight three times daily for 7 days, administered in the form of dishs or with boiled water, was effective. Most of the patients became free of chyluria after being given MCT 2 to 4 courses. The total effec-tive rate in 151 cases was 98.01％. No side effects were found during the 2-6 month administration. The therapy was welcomed by the patients. Regular follow-up visits were made for 1-2 years in 51 cases, among whom 16 cases(31.37％) relapsed in 1986, and 29(27.88％) of 104 cases surveyed in 1988 recurred 1 to 2 years after disappearance of chyluria. The reason of recurrence was either too much fat in the diet or fatigue in some patients. This paper first reported an assay for hair-zinc ele-ment in chyluria patients, with remarkable difference between pre-and post-treatment. The results indicated a new method for the treatment of chyluria. Long-term intermittent therapy with MCT was proved to have stable and persistent curative effect and no recurrence.更多还原
