【摘要】 用单管微波烘疗机治疗Ⅰ-Ⅴ期下肢象皮肿62例79腿。烘疗1次/d,每次30min,15次为1个疗程。每个疗程间歇2周。每次烘疗后用弹性绑带绑扎患肢。3个疗程的有效率为100％。基本治愈和显效者1-3个疗程分别为78.2、81.3和88.9％,显示疗效随疗程增加而提高。36例伴有流火者,疗后75.0％的病例发作得到控制。本法较桑绑疗法和音频电疗的疗效高(P<0.01),具有使用安全,操作简便,无副作用,病人舒适等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 46 cases with filarial eiephantiasis of the lower limbs were treated with one-tube microwave oven baking. The treatment was given once daily for 30 minutes with 15 times as one course of treatment and a two-woek interval between courses. After each baking, elastic bandage was used to wrap diseased leg tightly in order to strengthen the effect. The effective rate of patients with one course was 94.8% and that of the patients who were treated for three courses was up to 100%. Of the patients who were treated for one, two and three courses, cure rates of 78.3%, 81.3%and 88.9% were achieved. It showed that the more the courses, the bet-ter the curative effect. The acute lymphangitis had been effectively controlled in 75.7% of 37 patients during the treatment. Routine blood and urine tests, functions of the liver and kindey, electrocardiogram and chest X-ray examination were performed, all within normal range. These results were better than those of mulberry leaf injection and audio-fre-quency electrotherapy(p<0.01). The method discussed in this paper are highly effective, easy to operate and comfortbale for the patients.更多还原
