自由基清除剂缓解OXYHb所致的脑血管痉挛的实验研究
Scavengers of free radicals relaxing cerebral vasospasm induced by OXYHb: Experimental study
【摘要】 本文报道了各种自由基清除剂与氧合血红蛋白(OXYHb)混合,然后作用于家兔基底动脉与股动脉,观察血管痉挛程度以及前列腺素(PG)、过氧化脂质(LPO)的变化。O2τ的清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、H2O2的清除剂过氧化氢酶(CAT)、1O2的清除剂组氨酸,均没有缓解脑血管痉挛的作用。而·OH的清除剂甘露醇具有明显缓解脑血管痉挛,升高前,列环素的作用。
【Abstract】 Various scavengers of free radicals were mixed with OXYHb liquid, put on the basilar and femoral arteries.Dividedly the degree of vasospasm and the change of prostaglandin and LPO were studied. The experiment demonstrated that only.OH free radical scavenger——mannitol was able to relax cerebral vasospasm induced by OXYHb and to elevate the content of 6-keto-PGF12 in arterial wall.
