【Abstract】 Oxalysine reduced the content of fibrinogen in mice bearing solidtumor and inhibited the synthesis of histone in tumor cells. The effect of com-bination chemotherapy of oxalysine with other antitumor drugs, which inhibitedthe synthesis of nucleic acid, was studied. The results showed that treatment of mice bearing sarcoma 37 with oxaly-sine (400 mg/kg on days 1, 4) or 5-FU (25mg/kg on days 2, 5, 7) alone pro-duced only 10% and 27% inhibitory rate, respectively. Combination chemotherapywith the same treatment schedule increased the inhibitory rate to 43%.Suchresults might be meaningful for clinical trials.更多还原
