氧代赖氨酸与5-FU联合治疗肿瘤的实验研究
COMBINATION CHEMOTHERAPY TRIALS OF OXALYSINE WITH 5-FU IN EXPERIMENTAL ANIMAL TUMOR
【摘要】 氧代赖氨酸(I-677)的抗肿瘤作用是由于影响蛋白质的生物合成,本文将它与一些已知的影响核酸代谢的抗肿瘤药物用于联合治疗。发现与5-FU合用时能提高疗效。单用氧代赖氨酸(400mg/kg)ip 2次,或5-FU(25m/kg)ip 3次,对肉瘤37无抑制作用,合用时则产生显著的抑制效果。
【Abstract】 Oxalysine reduced the content of fibrinogen in mice bearing solidtumor and inhibited the synthesis of histone in tumor cells. The effect of com-bination chemotherapy of oxalysine with other antitumor drugs, which inhibitedthe synthesis of nucleic acid, was studied. The results showed that treatment of mice bearing sarcoma 37 with oxaly-sine (400 mg/kg on days 1, 4) or 5-FU (25mg/kg on days 2, 5, 7) alone pro-duced only 10% and 27% inhibitory rate, respectively. Combination chemotherapywith the same treatment schedule increased the inhibitory rate to 43%.Suchresults might be meaningful for clinical trials.
