【Abstract】 The present paper Presents the result of the toxicokineticstudy of Omethoate in rats.Result of the study showed thatthe time-plasma Omethoate and its metabolite concentration cuvefitted well to a two compartment open model.Analysis ofthe toxicokinetic Parameters suggested that Omethoate and itsmetabolite distributed more rapidly from the central compart-ment to the peripheral rather than from peripheral to central,and their excretions were comparatively slow.更多还原
