甲醇汽油急性联合毒性研究

【摘要】 本文选用大鼠,小鼠等观察了甲醇/汽油(M15)的急性联合毒性。以半数侧卧浓度及(?)眠时间为指标评价,甲醇与汽油之间无协同作用。在皮肤实验中(?)与单纯甲(?)或汽油比较M15对家兔皮肤的刺激作用最强。大鼠脑内5(?)羟色胺(5-HT)的测定结果表明:汽油染毒能使大鼠脑内5-HT 水平显著升高并具有明显的时相和剂量—效应关系。在甲醇汽油同时染毒及甲醇染毒后24小时再吸入汽油的大鼠脑内5-HT 水平亦明显升高,但与单纯汽油所致的5-HT 升高无显著性差异。另一方面,甲醇染毒后48和72小时再吸入汽油的大鼠脑5-HT 水平则明显低于单纯汽油染毒组.甲醇染毒对5-HT 无影响。此外,甲醇、汽油及M15对肺表面活性物质均无明显影响。

【Abstract】 The acute toxicity of methanol/gasoline blends(M)wasobserved in rats and mice.No synergetic effects were demonstra-ted between methanol(M)and gaosline(G)according to thevalues of ECs and sleeping time.The applications of M,G andM15onto the skin of rabbits showed that M16was the most irri-tant.The levels of 5-hydroxyl tryptamine(5-HT)in brains mar-kedly increased in rats exposed to G in a dose-dependent ma-nner.The initial effect of G was rapid and the 5-HT level sh-owed a continuing increase with time.Similar elevation of 5-HTwas also found in rats receiving M either simultaneously with Gor at 24 hrs.prior to G exposure.There was no methanol pote-ntiation of G-induced 5-HT increase。On the other hand,the le-vels of 5-HT were significantly lower in fats receiving M ateither 48 or 72 hrs.Prior to G exposure than that in rats exposedtoG only.
