FLOODING IN VERTICAL TUBES

【摘要】 <正> This report makes a systematic study of flooding in vertical tubes, and gives a clear definition of two types of flooding; investigates and analyzes the influence factors on flooding, especially the influence of tube ends. It puts forward the flooding correlations in sharp-edged tubes as well as in tapered end tubes, and points out the ways to raise the flooding velocities.
