【Abstract】 157 patients with small cell lung carcinoma proved by cytology or pathology, including 128 limited disease, 29 extensive disease 29 were treated from April 1980 to April 1985. 24 patients were treated by chemotherapy alone; the rest 133, by radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.The response rates were 33.3% and 82.5%, respectively. The 1 and 2 year survival rates were 4.2%, and 0 % in the chemotherapy alone group,47.2% and 14.3% in the combined group. The results show that the combination of chemotherapy with radiation is more effective than,chemotherapy alone.更多还原
