【摘要】 本文介绍十年中收治55～86岁老龄骨折211例,男107,女94例。71.7%均为非直接暴力伤,骨折共281处,髋部骨折占57.3%,有11例早期休克,开放骨折29例,住院期死亡3例。早期治疗应重视抗休克,选择手术时机,酌情内固定,防止并发症和加强护理。早期应常规专科会诊协同治疗。本文重点讨论了骨折外力,骨质疏松症,创伤休克,漏误诊与多科协作等有关问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is the consensus of opin ion that the incidence of fractures in the aged has increased markedly in recent years. Two hundred and eleven patients (107 males and 94 females) having various types of fractures were treated in this clinic from 1978 through 1987. The causes of fracture in 61 cases were violent force (30. 35%)while in 150 cases,the causes of fracture were non-violent force.There were 29 cases of compound fractures.moderate to severe degree of shock was found in 11 cases. Hip fracture occurred in 57.3% of cases.The principle of treatment includes anti-shock treatment, early operation at optimal time and early ambulation. Internal fixation was performed in most of the cases. Three cases died Of pulmonary or cardiac complications.The relationship of causes and effects between violent force and fractures, the relationship between osteoporosis and fractures in the old-aged, and the characteristics of traumatic shock in this group of patients were discussed. The causes of mis-diagnosis were analyzed and the need of close cooperation among related specialties were emphasized.更多还原
