HT-6M托卡马克上的超低密度实验
THE EXPERIMENT WITH SUPER LOW DENSITY ON HT-6M TOK-AMAK
【摘要】 通过一些特殊方法,HT-6M托卡马克可以稳定运行在只带少量过热电子的超低密度(SLD)区域。其主要参数为:Nc=(0.2~0.6)×1013cm-3;Ip=60~80kA;Ve。=0.7~2.0V:Bt=0.7~1.0T;α=18cm;R=63cm。在这类放电中,等离子体的密度由限制器和壁的出气量决定,而和初始充的氢气压强完全无关。等离子体是安静的,几乎没有“锯齿振荡”。m=2,3的磁流体力学(MHD)不稳定性只出现在电流下降段。径向温度分布Te(r)峰化,而密度分布Ne(r)是平坦的。能量约束时间τe为1~2ms,大约是Alcator定标律的2~4倍。
【Abstract】 The HT-6M Tokamak can be operated stably in the super low density (SLD) region with a few over-hot electrons by some specific methods. The main parameters were. = (0.2-0.6) X1013cm-3; IP = 60-80kA; V1 = 0.7-2.0V; B=0.7-1.0T;a= 18cm; R = 63cm. In such discharges, the plasma density was determined entirely by the outgassing of the limiter and wall, and independent of the initial hydrogen pressure p0 totally. The plasma was silently with very small sawteeth. The MHD instabilities (m=2, 3) only appeared in the current decay stage. It had a peaked Te(r) profile and a flat Ne(r) prof- ile. The energy confinement time (Tf=l-2ms) was about 2-4 times of the value calculated from the Alcator Scalling law.
