旋转辐照台
A REVOLVING IRRADIATION STAGE
【摘要】 在γ辐照装置特别是科研型的γ辐照装置中,被辐照物吸收剂剂量的均匀度是极为重要的参数。它直接决定了被照物的辐照质量、科研产品的剂量精确度、放射源的能量利用率和整个装置的处理能力、经济效益以及装置本身的建设水平。我们根据科研型γ辐照装置研究项目的需要,为提高研究水平,设计了旋转辐照台。辐照合本身既能绕放射源公转,在台上不同半径位置的12个放置被照物的小转盘又能自转,只采用一个动力源,设备结构简单、紧凑、噪音小、运行平稳、控制方便,除远距离控制外还能就地操纵。该设备的应用不但提高了被照物吸收剂量的均匀性,而且能在吸收剂量上达到重演性。该设备对科研和中试具有重要的实际意义。
【Abstract】 During gamma irradiation the absorbed dose homogeneity of irradiated objects is an essential parameter, especially, the gamma irradiators are used in the scientific research field. This parameter determines the irradiation quality of irradiated objects, dose accuracy of products, utilization efficiency of source energy,processing capability,economic benefit and the technical level of the facility itself. A revolving irradiation stage which has met the requirement and improved the quality level of the scientific research has been developed. The stage revolves round the radiation sources and 12 discs used for putting irradiating objects on the stage at different radii can be rotating. Only one power supply is needed. The structure of this facility is simple and compact,and the noise is low. The operation is stable and the control is easy because it has a local and a remote control points. The use of this facility is not only improving the absorbed dose homogeneity but also obtaining the repeatability of irradiation objects. This is significant for the scientific research and intrmediate tests.
