水质对打浆测定的影响
The Effect of Water Quality on the SR (Schopper-Riegler) Test of Pulps
【Abstract】 The effects of water quality on pulp SR beating degree testing, beating and sheet forming have been studied, The results indicate that if the conductivity of the water used in the SR test is below the value of about 20 ms/m, the SR numer decreases obviously with the increase in the conductivity of the water. However, if it is above the value of about 20 ms/m, the decrease in the SR number is not obvious as the conductivity of the water is increased. When the distilled water is used for the SR test, the conductivity of the distilled water is increased by small amounts of soluble salts from the pulp sample. This increase in conductivity has a remarkable effect on the value of SR test. However, if the tap water or the distilled water with a suitable soluble salts is used for the SR test, the effect on the SR test becomes negligible. The einflunce of the species and the valency of the cation is small as compared to the overall influence of the electrolyte content. The results obtained have also shown that the conductivity of the water does not affect beating, sheet forming and the physical properties of the pulps tested.
