落叶松化学机械浆

【摘要】 本研究旨在寻找落叶松的亚硫酸盐蒸煮的最佳条件,以得到高得率(85%),并具有良好物理特性的化学机械浆(简称CMP)。 在本研究确定的条件下,得到了两种纸浆(游离度均为400ml csf):1)总得率分别为84.5%和91.5%;2)裂断长分别为6.67km和5.83km;3)撕裂指数分别为11.1mN·m~2/g和11.9mN·m~2/g;4)耐破指数分别为4.15kPa·m~2/g和3.4kPa·m~2/g;5)松厚度分别为2.14cm~3/g和2.44cm~3/g。

【Abstract】 Due to the rapidly diminishing supply of conventional softwood for pulp, the utilization of fast-growing wood species in pulp making becomes more and more intensified. This study was conducted in an attempt to find optimal sulfite cooking conditions under which very high-yield (85%) chemimech-anical pulp with acceptable physical properties can be produced from tamarack.Following a 23 factorial experimental design, cooking experiments were carried out in a laboratory digester and under very wide range of conditions. Under the conditions studied, it is possible to produce two good pulps having the following characteristics at 400 ml CSF : 1) Total yield : 84.5 and 91.5%; 2) Breaking length : 6.67 and 5.83 km; 3) Tear index : 11.1 and 11.9 mN·m2/g; 4) Burst index : 4.15 and 3.4 kPa·m2/gs and 5) Bulk : 2.14 and 2.44 cm3/g. The effects of cooking variables on characteristics of the pulp produced are also presented and discussed.
