【摘要】 本文报告自1977年应用自制加压手持液氮冷冻器治疗面部恶性肿瘤30例,已随访1(1/2)～6(1/2)年,有效率93.34％,其中22例基底细胞癌的有效率为100％。根据动物实验和临床观察,提出了对不同部位和大小的肿瘤分别采用不同的疗法。本疗法具有简便、易行、经济、安全、不损害骨质,并可保持病变区的生理和美容等优点,可作为面部恶性肿瘤的首选疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 1977 to 1986, 30 cases of malignant facial tumors were treated with a self-made press-on cryogenic liquid nitrogen. The overall response rate was 93.34%. Of 22 patients with basal cell carcinoma, remission was achieved in 100%. It is pos- tulated that means of application should differ with tumor size and location. This method is simple, less expensive, and safe, and might be recommended as the treat- ment of choice for malignant facial tumors.更多还原
