【摘要】 本文对94例恶性肿瘤患者血浆Fn及Ⅷ R·Ag浓度进行了测定。结果显示:乳腺癌患者血浆Fn升高,而食管癌、胃癌、肝癌则显著降低,并且各型肿瘤患者血浆Ⅷ R·Ag水平均显示不同程度的升高,其中以肝癌的改变最为明显。同时还发现这两种蛋白的变化与病人的临床一般状态差异显著。因此,我们认为测定恶性肿瘤患者血浆Fn和Ⅷ R·Ag水平可能在估计病情的严重性和预后方面具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plasma fibrcnectin and factor Ⅷ-related antigen were determinded in 94 patients with malignancy. It was found that the concentration of plasma fibronec- tin increased in patients with breast cancer and decreased in cancers of esophagus, stomach and liver. The levels of plasma factor Ⅷ-related antigen increased in all cases. Close correlaticn exists between variation of the two proteins and perform- ance status of tbe patients.It was thought that the determination of plasma fibro- nectin and factor Ⅷ-related antigen may be of some value for monitoring the course of patients with malignancy.更多还原
