草麻黄和木贼麻黄挥发油成分的比较研究
Chemical constituents of essential oils in Ephedra sinica Stapf and Ephedra equi setina Bge
【摘要】 本文对草麻黄和木贼麻黄两种挥发油进行了 GC-MS 分析,分别从中鉴定出32和27个化合物,各占总分离组分的79.63%和66.48%,同时发现两种挥发油的主要成分和有效成分的含量均有明显差异。
【Abstract】 This paper reports the chemical constitue-nts of the essential oils in Ephedra sinicaStapf and E.equisetina Bge.Thirty-two andtwenty-seven compounds were indentified byGC-MS and constituted 79.63% and 66.48%of the oils respectively.The major and acti-ve constituents of the two essentital oils di-ffered obviously.
