由孕甾双烯醇酮醋酸酯制黄体酮催化氢化工艺的改进
Improved catalytic hydrogenation for the production of progesterone from pregnadienolone acetate
【摘要】 由孕甾双烯醇酮醋酸酯制黄体酮的催化氢化,国内外均采用雷尼镍催化剂,目前国内生产黄体酮的总产率仅62.4%。若将雷尼镍改为钯/炭催化剂,氧化产率达到96%。如果水解产率按最低的95%、氧化产率以80%计算,则黄体酮的总产率达到72%以卜。说明:改用钯/炭(Pd/C)催化剂生产是有竞争力的,对于原料的充分利用,提高产物的产率以及降低产品成本是有希望的。
【Abstract】 To produce progesterone by catalytic hydrog-enation of pregnadienolone acetate,Raney Ni isusually used both at home and abroad.Now,theoverall yield of progesterone in China is 62.4%.If Pd/C is used instead of Raney Ni,the hyd-rogenation yield can go up to 96%,and the ore-rall yield of progesterone may reach 72% if thehydrolysis and oxidation yields are 95% and 80%respectively.(?)t can be seen that Pd/C catalystis competitive with Raney Ni in increasing the yi-eld,lowering cost,and more efficiently usingthe material.
