【摘要】 配制了2种含有盐酸布比卡固的无痛,硫酸庆大霉素注射液,Ⅰ号液与Ⅱ号液(不加与加无水亚硫酸钠)。2种溶液经100℃水浴加热1h 与10h 或连续4次121℃加热30min,用微生物法测定硫酸庆大霉素含量,结果证明盐酸布比卡固与无水亚硫酸钠不影响庆大霉素的活性;无水亚硫酸钠的存在可克服硫酸庆大霉素固加热而引起的变黄现象。为减少肌肉注射时的疼痛,建议采用Ⅱ号液(加无水亚硫酸钠)处方进行注射液的生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two different gentamicin sulfate injections No.（?）（each ml containing gentamicin sulfate 4u,bupi-vacaine HC1 1mg）and No.Ⅱ（gentamicin 4 u,bupivacaine HC1 1mg,anhydrous sod.sulfite 3mg/ml）were prepared.The stability of the twoinjections by heating 100℃ for 1～10 hour or 121C for 30 minutes 4 thnes for each was com-pared and gentamicin content determined by biolo-gical method.It was proved that No.Ⅱ was bett-er than No.1,both bupivacaine HC1 and sod.sulfaite bad no effects on the activity of gentamicin and injection of No.I changed to yellow col-or but No.Ⅱ was still colorless in the presence ofNa₂SO₃.更多还原
