影响芝麻花粉愈伤组织形成的某些因素

【摘要】 试验结果表明芝麻花药培养最适宜的培养基是B6培养基,其次是Nitsch(1969)、MS培养基,蔗糖浓度是3—6%。只有2,4—D或2,4—D与低浓度BA组合能使花药脱分化。秋播的花药比夏播的易于诱导,夏播栽培品种中芝8号花药愈伤率是2.2-9.6%,秋播的则是46,3%。培养基的pH值在5.8以上时抑制花粉发育,L—酪氨酸对花药有毒害作用.

【Abstract】 The experimental results show that B5 medium is the best one for anther culture of sesame,followed by Nitsch(1969),MS medium.Optimum sucrose concentration for pollen growth is 3-6%.2,4-D or 2,4-D in combination with low levels of BA induced anther dedifferentiatiop and callus proliferation.The pollen callus of anthers derived from sesame plants sown in autumn was easer to induce that in summer.Zhong Zhi No.8,a summer cultivar,which callus frequency was 2.2-9.6%,however,it was 46.3% in autumn.The pollen development was inhibited when the pH of.the medium was over 5.8.L-tyrosine in the medium occurred toxiant action to cultured anthers.
