【Abstract】 The effects of FCA-iRNA on the morphology of thymus and spleen in normal mice were explored. It was found that FCA-iRNA could augment thymus weight, thicken thymus cortex, intonsify thymocytes and increase the number of lymphoblast and mitosis; FCA-iRNA could also increaee the spleen weight and number of the spleen corpus; and it could raise the number of leukocyte and lymphocytes, especially T lymphocytes in peripheral blood.更多还原
