【摘要】 本文对小儿髋关节结核作了术前、术中及术后十八年分析。发现术后X线可分三型,即头臼位置正常型、假关节型、骨性强直型。术前X线显示髋臼无破坏、关节间隙破坏轻微;术中股骨头破坏轻、髋臼基本正常时,术后可能发展成头臼位置正常型,否则发展成后两型。头臼位置正常型髋关节功能良好。注意术前上述X线表现,可以预测术后的结局。更多还原

【Abstract】 The findings before, during and after operation of 35 cases of tuberculosis of hip joint in children in a period of 18 years were analized. The postoperative radiological features were divided into 3 types: 1. normal position of femoral head and acetabulum; 2. pseudoarthrosis and 3. bony ankysosis. In case of no destruction of acetabulum and minimal loss of joint space found in preoperative X-ray films or minimal destruction of femoral haed and normal acetabulum discovered during operation, then the follow-up results would be of type 1 shown in postoperative films, otherwise it would be of either type 2 or 3. The patient with normal position of femoral head and acetabulum usually showed good function of the hip joint.Such preoperative X-ray appearance, thus, could be used to predict post-operactive prognosis.更多还原
