【摘要】 本文报告32例先天性肾重复畸形手术及病理所见。提出了发育不良型、积水型和发育型三种临床分型,探讨各型与影像学、手术学之间关系。发育型显影率高,而另二型检出率低。提示:静脉肾盂造影检查中,若下位肾向外、向下移位;SPECT检查,又有延迟影像出现,对肾重复畸形有重要诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-two cases with renal duplication were classified into 3 groups on the base of pathological observation. Dysplastic, fair-developed and hydronephrotic. The fair-developed group could be well diagnosed by means of IVP and SPECT. The relationship of each group with IVP and SPECT images and the choice of operating modality was discussed. If the kidney misplaced low and laterally on IVP image or there were delayed SPECT image and increased local radicactiv concentration, the diagnosis of the renal duplication skould be considered.更多还原
