【Abstract】 The radio-immuncassay （RIA） methed was used for determining the plasma contents of TXB₂ and 6-keto-PGF₁α, a relative stable metabclites or TXA₂ and PGI₂, before and after the ligation of the left anterior descending （LAD） at different intervals. The result suggested that the release of TXB₂ might be a pathologic apparence in early ischemia phase, the increase of 6-keto-PGF₁α might exert benificial effect on the coronary vasculature and myceardium by providing protection against ischemia damage.更多还原
