【摘要】 本文测定43例苯丙酮尿症患儿尿内苯丙酮酸(PP)、笨乙酸(PA)、苯乳酸(PL)、扁桃酸(MA)、2-羟-苯乙酸(2EPA)、4-羟-苯乙酸(4HPA)、4-羟-苯丙酮酸(4HPP)、并计算PP/PA、PP/PL、PP/MA、PP/2HPA。结果:0～6个月组PA明显高于～12个月组、～4岁组、～15岁组;PL、MA、4HPA明显高于～15岁组,～6个月组,PP/PA明显低于～12个月组、～4岁组。血清苯丙氨酸含量10～20mg/dl与>20mg/dl两组之间未见明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author determined phenylpyruvic acid (PP) , phenylacetic acid (PA), mandelic acid (MA) , phenyllactic acid (PL) , 2-Hydroxypherylacetic acid (2HPA) 4-Hydroxypgenylacetic acid, 4-Hydroxyphenyllactic acid, 4-Hydroxyphenylpyruvic acid in the urine of 43 cases of phenylketonuria and also calculated the ratio such as PP/PA, PP/PI, PP/MA and PP/2HPA, The data comparison was made between the age goups.There is no significant difference between blovd phenylalaniue of the two groups which are 10-20 mg/dl and>20 mg/dl.更多还原
