【摘要】 本文用寿命表方法对七个矽肺病多发厂矿企业三十余年来的发病情况及其防治效果进行了调查与分析。结果表明,五十年代中期以来开展的矽肺防治工作,对于降低矽肺患病率、进期率、肺结核合并率、病死率以及延长矽肺病人的平均发病年龄与平均寿命等方面均取得了极为显著的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study the life table method is used to investigate silicosis cocurrence and the effect of it’s prevention and treatment over a thirty-year period in seven mines and plants where the incidence of silicosis was high. The results indicate that the prevention and treatment of silicosis since the mid fifties have led to a significant outcome. The silicosis prevalence, progressive stage rate, rate of complication with tuberculosis, mortality rate of silicosis patient all decreased and the average age at the cocurrence of silicosis, average life expectancy of patients with. silicosis increased.更多还原
