【摘要】 本文对77例心律失常病人进行心内膜心肌活检,结合病史、体征及实验室检查从组织学上对心律失常病因进行分析。我们认为,无心脏增大组心律失常以心肌炎为主,占55.8%,心脏增大组心律失常以心肌病为主,占73.5%。心律失常类型与心肌病变有关,对症状明显的心律失常病人进行心肌活检有助于心律失常的早期诊断和治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seventy-seven patients with arrhythmias were studied by endemyocardial biopsy.The pathogenesis of arrhythmids was studied through histopathological findings combined with history, clinical features and laboratory examinations.In the group of patients without enlargement of the heart there were 55.8% manifested mainly with myocarditis, while cardiomyopathy was fourd in 73.5% of the cases with enlarged heart. The type of arrhythmias had there was some relationship between the type of arrhythmics and myocardial pathological changes. Thus in patients with dominant symptoms, the endomyocardial biopsy might facilitate the early diagnosis of arrhythmia and treatment as well.更多还原
