黑木耳多糖和银耳多糖的抗衰老作用

【摘要】 <正> 黑木耳多糖、银耳多糖和银耳孢子多糖能明显延长果蝇成虫的平均寿命,降低果蝇脂褐质的含量,并延长小鼠在缺氧情况下的存活时间,本文进一步报道对另外一些抗衰老指标的影响。

【Abstract】 Polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula (AA) and Tremlla fuciformis (TF) with a dose of 0.4% promoted the flitting ability of Drosophila melanogaster, the flitting percent increased by 37.14% (♀), 52.40% (♂), and 30.86% (♀) 39.97% (♂)respectively; AA and TF ip (100 mg/kg) were found to decrease the lipefusin content of heart in mice by 25-30% and 18-27% respectively; AA and TF were capable of delaying the survival time of mice in water by 50.48% and 54.29% respectively; AA and TF increased the SOD activity of brain and liver in mice, the increased percent of AA was 37.89% and 47.19%, while TF was 40.17% and 51.41% respectively; AA and TF (6.67mg/ml) inhibited obviously the MAO-Bactivity of brain in mice, and the percentage of inhibition was 31.05% and 41.85% respectively.
