【Abstract】 Yuehchukene(1) is a novel dimeric indole alkaloid with antiimplantation effect, which has been isolated from the root of Murraya paniculata Jack, and systematically named as 6β-(3-indolyl)-7α, 7β, 9-trimethyl-6αβ, 7, 8, 10αβ-tratrahydroindano[2, 3-b] indole. Now 1 has been synthesised, but the yield was very low(1-2%), the highly impure product obtained from the final step of the preparation enhanced the difficulties in purification. The column purification with different columns and solvent systems was tried, the highest purity obtained was 98%, and a further crystallization of 1 has also been achieved.更多还原
