【摘要】 女贞子煎剂12.5,25g/kg ig显著抑制小鼠或大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应;降低大鼠颅骨膜肥大细胞脱颗粒百分率;对抗组织胺引起的大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增高;抗原攻击前给药,可抑制DNCB所致小鼠接触性皮炎;女贞子25g/kg于抗原攻击后给药亦能明显抑制DNCB引起的小鼠接触性皮炎;减轻大鼠主动及反向被动Arthus反应;女贞子20g/kg显著降低豚鼠血清补体总量,这些结果说明女贞子对Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型变态反应具有明显抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of Fructus Ligustri Lucidi (FLL) on experimental allergic reactions was observed.IgE antibody mediated reactions, homologous passive cutancous anaphylaxis in mice or rats and the degranulation of mast cells of calvarial periosteum in rats classified as type Ⅰ were inhibited by FLL (12.5 and 25g/kg ig). The increased vascular permeability caused by histamine in rat skin was also inhibited by FLL at same doses.FLL significantly decreased the hemolytic activity of complement in guinea pigs by classical pathway.The complement dependent reactions, active and reversed passive Arthus reactions in rats classified as type Ⅲ were markedly inhibited by FLL. FLL significantly suppressed contact dermatitis induced by dinitrochlorobenzene in mice classified as type Ⅳ These results implicate that FLL has broad anti-allergic activities.更多还原
