【Abstract】 In order to develop noval monobactams possessing more potential antibacterial activity, we designed and synthesized a series of new monobactams with 7-or 8-substituted coumarin-3-formic acid taken as starting material.The modification at the position 3 of the monobactams was emphasized in this work and 18 noval compounds were reported here.In the preliminary tests of these compounds(in vitro),different activities against Gram-positive and Gram-negetive becteria were observed.更多还原
