丹皮酚的抗炎作用及其机制

【摘要】 丹皮酚对由角叉菜胶、蛋清、甲醛、组胺、5-羟色胺和缓激肽所致的大鼠足砳肿胀,对二甲苯致小鼠耳壳肿胀和内毒素致腹腔毛细血管通透性升高均有显著的抑制作用,摘除大鼠双侧肾上腺后其抗炎作用仍存在。丹皮酚抑制炎性组织中PGE2的生物合成,抑制角叉菜胶胸膜炎多形核白细胞的移行,对大鼠肾上腺Vc的含量无明显影响,也不能抑制由单侧切除大鼠肾上腺所致对侧肾上腺代偿性增生。

【Abstract】 Paeonol is one of effective components of the root cortex of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Interperitoneal injection of paeonol at a dose of 150 or 75 mg/kg reduced hindpad edema in rats induced by injection of carrageenan, fresh egg white, formaldehyde, histamine. 5-hydroxytryptamine and bradykinin.It inhibited ear swelling induced by xylene and increased peritoneal capillary permeability induced by endotoxin in mice. It also inhibited hindpad edema caused by injection of carrageenan in adrenalectomized rats. Paeonol supressed the migration of polymorphonuclear leucocyte in the rat pleurisy caused by interthoracic injection of carrageenan, the biosynthesis of prostaglandin E2 in inflammatory tissues. The experiment showed no effect of paeonol on ascorbic acid and on complementary proliferation of one side adrenal caused by another adrenalectomized one in rats.It was suggested that anti-inflammatory activity of paeonol may be due to various ways affecting inflammatory processes and not dependent on system of pituitary gland-adrenal.
