【Abstract】 Captopril is a new antihypertensive drug.Differential spectrophotometry was used for the assay of captopril tablets. The differential absorbance was measured at 237nm in its 0.1mol/L NaOH solution (12.5μg/ml) against the blank of its aqueous solution. The average recovery of captopril was 99.25% (n=6) and the coefficient of variation was 1.08%. This method was very simple and easily done, and the result was quite satisfactory.更多还原
