【Abstract】 A reversed-phase HPLC technique was investigated for the quantitation of liposome containing harringtonine （HL） and of harringtonine in tissues of rat. A stainless-steel column filled with a reversed-phase G₁₈-type packing of 5μm particle size （Shim-Pack 150mm×6mm CLC-ODS, 5μm）was used as the analytical column, and guard colum was （20mm×6mm, 10μm, ODS）; The mobile phase was methanoI-ammonium formate buffer（0.1mol/L）（1:1）. Peaks were detected with a spectrophotoflurimeter by monitoring at emission and excitation wavelengthes of 325nm.and 290nm, respectively, Limit of detection is 0.78ng.
