【Abstract】 On the basis of invcstigation of 17 hospitals, some problems in disinfection were found. The air in operating room, nursery and burn ward were heavily contaminated and 29～59% of them had air bacferial count higher than the permissible level. Some of the liquid disinfectants commonly used in hospital such as ethyl alcohol, bromogeramine and lysol contained bacteria more than 250/ ml. HBsAg could even be found in medical instruments after disinfection. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Salmonella spp. were detected on hands of medical workers and furniturc on wards. The resuits of investigation indicated that hospital disinfection of the city should be improved.更多还原
