【摘要】 本文对实验室保存的72株脆弱类杆菌(Bf)及18株其它菌株,采用培养基添加血清和短期连续传代的方法,然后用Hiss荚膜染色法染色镜检,结果显示所检Bf均有厚薄不一的荚膜,其中具有厚的荚膜的计34株,中度厚度荚膜的19株,薄的19株,而所检的卵形类杆菌,核梭杆菌等未见荚膜,作对照的产气荚膜梭菌亦有厚的荚膜。作者对Bf的荚膜与致病关系以及荚膜染色方法作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 72 stock strains of Bacteroides fragilis (Bf) and 18 strains of other microorganisms in our laboratory were observed for the presence of capsules by cultivation with additional sera in media and continuous passagein short period. The capsules of these organisms were demonstrated by Hiss’s method for capsule staine. It was found that the capsule with various thickness were found in all strains of Bf, in which 34 strains showed very thick capsules, 19 strains with moderate, and 19 strains with thin capsules. In all strains of Bacteroides ovatus, Fusobacterium nucleatum and others tested showed no capsule. In 2 strains of Clostridium perfringes, served as positive control, typical thick capsules were observed. The relationship of capsules in Bf with its pathogenicity as well as various staining methods for capsules were discussed.更多还原
