【摘要】 随着煤炭开采,引起了许多环境问题,例如:采空区的塌陷,地面积水,煤矸石堆放,矿井污水、生产与生活废水的排放,煤粉、烟尘对大气的污染,粉煤灰及煤炭运输中飞尘等,造成矿区周围一系列的环境效应变化,以及引起水土资源与生态环境的变化。在预测塌陷区,应采取有计划的工程设施与生态农业措施,进行水土资源的综合利用与环境保护。使煤炭资源开发与生态环境的综合治理同步进行,使废弃的土地得到复垦和改良。更多还原

【Abstract】 The exploitation of coal has given rise to many enrironmental problems,such as the subsi- dence of the space zone in the coal mine etc.In the predicted subside zone,we should try to utilize the water-soil resources and take measures of environment protection by the engineering instalation and ecological agricultural measures in a planned way.In order to reclaim abondoned lands and cultivate the wasted land,the exploitation of the coal resource,the monitoring of the ef- fect on the ecological environment should be carried out in synchonism.更多还原
