胜利二号步行机械的构造、功能和原理
The Construction, Function and Principles of Walking Mechanism for "Sheng Li 2"
【摘要】 <正> 1.步行机械的设计要求胜利二号极浅海步行式钻井平台的作业范围是渤海湾沿岸水深7 m以内(包括潮差3m)极浅海区、潮汐区和高潮线附近无水的泥沙质海底(海底宏观坡度为1/2000)。要求平台能在承载力不低于60 kN/m~2的泥沙质海滩上步行。在作业区约2 m深的海水中对准方位,经低速拖航冲滩后,能步行至预定井位。该钻井平台的创新特点就在于要求在上述水陆地带作步行式移动。步行时,允许风力达蒲氏6级(计算风速12 m/s),步行状态最大纵横倾角为2.5°~3°,部底吸附力系数1.35,内外体间隙0.3 m,一次步行距离为10 m,步行速度60m/h。
【Abstract】 The Walking function of "Sheng Li 2" is provided by four hydraulic cylinders, each with a jacking capacity of 12,000 kN. It is these cylinders that connect the inner and outer bodies and make the two bodies sit on the bottom or float alterna- tively. When the right and left side traction cylinders work simultaneously, the walking of the two bodies are implemented. A guiding mechanism is provided between the two bodies so as to maintain a gap of 0.3 m between them, thus avoiding rubbing or friction due to dislocation or deflection when the two bodies move relatively.
