【摘要】 <正> 胜利二号钻井平台是一座能步行的两栖型坐底式钻井平台,也是一座有内体和外体组成的特殊型式的双体平台。平台的内体和外体由甲板、立柱及沉垫三部分组成。在拖航、沉浮、坐底等工况时,内外体由锁紧装置相联,组成一个整体,而需步行时,则脱开锁紧装置并借助于一套步行机械和液压系统实现内外体交替步行的各种动作。因此,该平台既有一般坐底式钻井平台的性能,又有因步行需要而派生出的种种特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Sheng Li 2" is a walking sit-on-bottom drilling platform, of a unique form consisting of an inner body encompassed by an outer one. This paper represents its preliminary design on such aspects as determination of environmental conditions, self- keeping ability and maximum dynamic load, major dimensions of the two bodies and the general arrangement. It appears that on the whole the selection of dimensions is seasonable, the layout, the performances on floating, lowering, drilling and walking operations can all satisfy the requirements.
