【Abstract】 In this paper, 56 cases of liver disease examined by ultrasound during liver exploration. The role of intraoperative ultrasonography summarized as follows: 1. Detection of intrahepatic lesions of small size or impalpable; 2. Localization of intrahepatic lesion during operation; 3. Biopsy under ultrasound guidance; 4. Lobar or segmental resection of the liver under ultrasound guidance; 5. Hepatolitho -tomy and hepatocholangiostomy with drainage guided by ultrasound.更多还原
