大骨节病患者血液硫酸化因子活力研究

【摘要】 本文报告了我国黑龙江省、吉林省不同大骨节病区105例大骨节病患者和健康对照组血液硫酸化因子的活力水平,结果表明:大骨节病患者血清硫酸化因子活力明显地低于当地病区健康对照组和非病区健康对照组。此结果与应用病区粮喂养动物实验结果一致。

【Abstract】 Sulfation factor(SF,i.e.,somatomedin) is an important growth factor inmen and animals.In the present investigation,we studied the incorporation of35S-sulfate into the chicken embryo cartilage stimulated by the serum from pati-ents with Kashin-Beck disease (KBD),using the cpm/mg cartilage as the indica-tor of serum SF activity。As compared with controls,the results showed that the activity of serumSF was markedly reduced in children with KBD (300.5±90.9,n=21 vs 425.0±142.5,n=22,P<0.01)。It is suggested that in endemic grains and/or environment there exists certainfactors interfering with the normal function of serum SF and the change of activi-ty of serum SF may be the keypoint in the pathogenesis of KBD。
