大骨节病病区粮喂养大白鼠各项生化指标的动态变化及其相互关系
Dynamic biochemical changes and their correiation in rat fed with cereals from Kashin-Beck disease endemic area
【摘要】 用大骨节病病区陕西永寿县产的玉米、小麦等按病区生活条件配制的饲料喂养大白鼠幼仔的动态研究表明:喂养1~2个月后出现了红细胞膜脂组成的改变,红细胞的硒水平、GSH-Px 活性分别在喂养2及3个月后明显降低,脂质过氧化产物明显增高,软骨脂质也出现了类似的改变;并略迟于红细胞。血浆中的 GOT、CK、LDH 等酶活性依次在第3、4、5个月达到明显高于对照的水平,而 GPT 几乎不变。与大骨节病患者的酶谱变化基本一致。亦可见代表结缔组织、肌肉损害的尿羟脯氨酸、肌酐量降低等大骨节病时的改变。上述各项改变的有序性及其制约关系的阐明在探讨病因、发病机理及早期诊断的科学依据上均有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The dynamic biochemical changes of young rats fed with a dlet prepared bycorn(65%),wheat(15%)and others collected from Shaanxi province Yongshoucounty,the Kashin-Beck disease(KBD)endemic area and non-endemic controls werestudied.The test group appeared in several clinical biochemical changes similar tothat of KBD,such as the membrane lipid composition of erythrocyte appeared abn-ormally in 1-2 months after feeding an endemic diet it’s Se content and GSH-Px act-ivtiy decreased in 2 and 3 month significantly,and the lipid peroxide increased in 3months,in the same time,a similar changes were detected in cartilage too.The en-zyme activity of GOT,CK and LDH in plasma increased in 3,4 and 5 months res-pectively,but the activity of GPT almost remained unchanged.The hydroxyprolineand creatinine content in urine were lower also than that of control.The path-ogenetic significance and diagnostic value of above-mentioned changes in farther st-udies on KBD were discussed adequately.
